Geoff Weatherford (geoffw) > Laramie plains prior to entering the Medicine Bow mountains on the way to the Green River. This route (through Laramie, WY) was chosen to keep from having to haul the rafts over Cameron Pass.
Geoff Weatherford (geoffw) > Stopped on top of Rabbit Ears Pass before dropping into Steamboat Springs, CO.
Geoff Weatherford (geoffw) > Nice day and great scenary on the way.
Geoff Weatherford (geoffw) > We made a rather longish stop in Maybell, CO in order to allow the group to find each other. The vehicles got pretty spread out during the trip. My children begged me to move to Maybell.
Geoff Weatherford (geoffw) > A sign describing the history of the area. Particularly Brown's Hole. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid spent a lot of time in the area.

Geoff Weatherford (geoffw) > View of the camp the next morning. Also looking down river where the canyon starts to close in around the Green River.
Geoff Weatherford (geoffw) > We spent half the day packing the rafts and waiting for the "shuttle crew" to get back. I let Conor drive the Toyota as part of that crew so he could fly back in a small single engine plane with the others.
